THOR Deliverables (project month 12)

D05 (WP 2.1): Initial evaluation of ocean reanalyses and simulations of THC-related variables, from approximately 1960-present, against independent observations (01.2010)

D06 (WP 3.1): Reference data set for pre-existing data on properties and fluxes through key sections: Greenland-Scotland Ridge, Deep Western Boundary Current and across 26.5° N (12.2009)

D07 (WP 3.2): Reference data set for pre-existing data on properties, water mass renewal in the Labrador and Irminger Seas (12.2009)

D08 (WP 3.3): Summary data set for historical overflow entrainment studies (12.2009)

D09 (WP 5.2): Report on test data set experiments from coupled model (12.2009)

Reg. the ongoing D04 (WP 2.1) activity: The team has discussed and agreed to make the results available in terms of ocean-state metrics as presented in the D05 report. It may however be possible to upload these time-series to the THOR data site – which may also serve the observationalists of CT3. The team has not fixed the regularity of updates of individual systems yet which is not requested and described in the DoW.
